Day 1 – Port Blair - Arrival in port Blair and visit to Cellular jail , Carbyn’s Cove Beach and Light and Sound Show in cellular Jail
Land at Port Blair Airport and let us take you to your hotel. Delight yourself with an excellent delicacy of lunch by 02:00 pm we will take a tour of the Cellular jail, which is the best attraction of our trip, where we will revisit the history. Later head towards Carbyn’s Cove Beach, just 7 km from Port Blair. Carbyn’s Cove beach is renowned for the exotic view of the coconut and palm-fringed scenario, which is just the ideal place for the sunbath. Not to forget about the historical background of the place, due to the presence of a terrifying jail of the country, Cellular Jail or the Kalapani. Get thrilled by the struggling history of the freedom fighters through the enthralling Light and Sound show.
Day 2 – Port Blair - Havelock - Radhanager Beach

Day 3 – Havelock - Sunrise at Kalapather Beach and Excursion to Elephanta Beach

Day 4 – Havelock - Neil Island - Bharatpur Beach , Laxmanpur Beach and Howrah Natuarl Bridge
Start the day with the excitment of reaching Neil Island - Cab will come Before 01 Hrs of Depature Time of Ferry. Keep the dopamine riveting for 75 min until we reach the Vegetable Bowl of Andaman. On the day, After Breakfast checkout from the respective hotel or resort and catch the cruise to see the Neil island, known as the ‘vegetable bowl’ of Andaman. Day 5 – Neil Island To Port Blair - Relex at Hotel
after having breakfast Check out from the Hotel you reach back to Port Blair by ferry. On arrival at Port Blair, our representative received you at Haddo harbour and escorted you to Hotel
Day 6 – Port Blair - Depature From Port Blair Airport

- Guests departing early for sightseeing, ferry transfers, or other scheduled activities before the hotel’s regular breakfast timing may be provided with a packed breakfast, subject to prior intimation and hotel policy.
- Breakfast required before 07:30 AM will generally be provided as a packed breakfast by the respective hotel/resort.
- Packed breakfast items and quantity shall be as per the hotel’s standard breakfast policy.
- Standard check-in and check-out timings shall be applicable as per the respective hotel’s policy.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
- Approval of early check-in and/or late check-out is solely at the discretion of the respective hotel/resort management.

- Telephone calls, internet usage, laundry, spa treatments, porter charges, tips, shopping expenses, and any personal expenditure.
- Scuba Diving, Sea Walk, Snorkeling, Parasailing, Kayaking, Glass Bottom Boat Ride, Game Fishing, Trekking, Photography/Videography charges, and any adventure activity not specifically mentioned under the inclusions.
- Additional vehicle usage beyond the itinerary.
- Extra sightseeing, transfers, or services not mentioned in the package.
- Charges arising due to ferry rescheduling, cancellations, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, political disturbances, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Travel insurance, medical expenses, emergency evacuation costs, hospitalization charges, or any medical-related expenses.
- Any expenses incurred due to missed flights, ferry delays, cancellation of services, or itinerary changes beyond the control of Umang Travels Agency.
- Any item, service, activity, or charge not specifically mentioned under the “Inclusions” section shall be treated as excluded from the package.
- Expenses incurred due to flight delays, missed flights, ferry delays, ferry cancellations, or rescheduling.
- Expenses arising due to adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, political disturbances, roadblocks, or government restrictions.
- Additional hotel nights required due to cancellation or delay of flights/ferries.
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
- Airfare or ship fare from mainland India to Port Blair and vice versa.
Cancellation Policy

For bookings between:
a. 15 December to 15 January b. Festival periods c. Long weekends e. Government holidaysall bookings shall be completely non-refundable and no cancellation, amendment, postponement, or date change shall be permitted during peak season.
3.2 Additional Cancellation Terms
Apart from percentage cancellation charges Rs. 2,500 per Adult and Rs. 1,500 per Child/Infant shall be charged as non-refundable operational and service handling fees.
3.3 Premium Hotel Cancellation Policy
Certain premium properties including: 1. SeaShell Group 2. Barefoot Group 3. Taj Group 4. Coral Reef Group 5. Munjoh Group 6. Luxury Villas Groupmay attract 100% cancellation charges immediately after confirmation as per hotel policy.
3.4 No-Show Policy
If a guest: 1. Fails to arrive or Flight Got Cancelled by the Operation reason or by Airlines 2. Misses transfers (If Guest fails to Report on time given by Driver or not reached by another 15min ) 3. Misses ferry boarding 4. Fails to check-in in the Hotels 5. Misses activities or Complimentary Activitiesthe booking shall be treated as No-Show and no refund shall be applicable.
Booking Policy
- Booking Confirmation Process To confirm any booking, guests are required to complete the following formalities:Step 1 Advance Payment
Guests must pay the advance booking amount communicated by the sales team. Bookings shall remain tentative until payment is received in the official company account. Services including: a. Hotel bookings b. Ferry tickets c. Cruise tickets d. Cab services e. Water activities f. Tour arrangements g. Flight reservations (If Included in Package, Need Follow the Flight booking Pollcy) shall be processed only after payment confirmation.Step 2 Submission of Valid ID Proofs
Guests must provide valid Government-approved photo ID proof of all travellers.

Step 3 Sharing The Flight Details
Guests must share:
1. Arrival flight number 2. Departure flight number 3. Arrival timing 4. Departure timingto ensure smooth coordination of Airport transfers, Ferry scheduling, Hotel check-ins, Tour planning, etc.
Umang Travel Agency shall not be responsible for inconvenience caused due to delayed or incorrect flight information or Flight got Cancelled.
